This document is a spreadsheet in Google Docs with a form for collecting information from Tweetup participants about their travel plans. It is suggested that you make a copy of the document, edit the form for your Tweetup (change dates and other things), and then socialize it to the tweetup participants. It will give a good start for finding out who wants to participate in shared housing

This document is a spreadsheet that you can use to keep track of who is calling what rental houses. Make a copy, and as each person involved calls about a house, put the info in the doc. This will let you not have everyone calling the same places.

Jupiter House (Juno Launch)

This house is beautiful. It has an oversized garage (big vehicles like a minivan or SUV fit fine) and space for at least 1 car in the driveway. The kitchen is all granite and tile, and there's lots of space. The closet in the master bedroom is so big, we actually put a twin air mattress in there! The house is located 2 blocks from the beach, and is nicely placed between KSC and the Cocoa Beach area (and Cocoa Beach Brewing Company). It's actually 1 of a duplex unit, with the other side of the duplex being similar. If you can get both sides, it's a fantastic deal that can sleep plenty in one place!

This house is fantastic - nice, open kitchen with multiple sinks and counter-tops (ideal for shared meals), bright open spaces, just yards from the beach and a separate beer & wine fridge. There's a lot of space for sleeping, lounging or web surfing (wifi worked fine). Outdoor patio has BBQ, pool and lounge chairs. Easy walk to the main strip in Cocoa Beach, including IHOP and several other restaurants. Parking is a bit tight; ideally 10 residents would not bring 10 cars - seemed like 5 or 6 would fit and that's all.
