Space Camp DVD
- Coordinates: 28.407040, -80.590614 (Google Maps)
- Description: Buried at Jetty Park about 6 - 12 inches below the sand, behind the lifeguard station, lies a brand new copy of the Space Camp DVD for your movie night watching pleasure! The Juno tweetup watched this movie MST3K style and also included inside the cache a necessary item for those adult beverages! Interesting fact, if you place the KSC Visitor Complex as the sun this exact location would be, in a scale version, Jupiter's orbit! Enjoy the view and the movie!
- NOTE: The GRAIL cachers tried to locate this DVD but it was not there.
GRAIL Cache
- Coordinates: N 28° 24.394 W 080° 35.495 (Google Map)
- Description: Camo-green tin box hidden by five GRAIL tweeps. It is filled with mostly space-related goodies, some of which were provided by JPL. Please keep everything inside a ziploc baggie as we know it rains a lot in Florida & the container isn't exactly water-tight. Re-hide securely as this is a well-visited park.
- HELP US: We tried to list this on geocaching.com but it is too close to the final position of a mystery cache. If you are able to move it to a new location .1 miles from any other cache, please let @susanbellfilm know.
